WP Fluent Forms Pro is a new forms solution for WordPress that is very full featured.  There is a drag and drop form builder, 40+ types of fields, including calculated fields, conditional logic, and multi-step forms. There are more than 60 pre-built templates to get up to a quick start. There are also more than 20 third party integrations.  There are integrated payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) as well as front-end user registration and post type creation forms.  Fluent Forms recently added conversational forms, which is a very popular feature.
